We can accept payment with a VISA, MasterCard, or Discover Credit Card.
We can also accept PayPal.
Note: If you pay via an electronic check (e-check), your order will ship once your payment has cleared. This can be anywhere between 4 and 10 days depending on how long it takes PayPal to clear it. We have no control whatsoever on how long it takes for an e-check payment to clear. An e-check would be a payment funded directly from your PayPal or bank checking account.
Sorry, but we do not ship Internationally. This includes Canada and Mexico. However, due to numerous requests, we can accept a PayPal payment from Non-US PayPal accounts as long as the order is shipped to an address in the United States. Just be sure your US ship to address is included in the address field of your PayPal payment.
Warranty and Returns
All of our X10 items we have for sale are unused and brand new in their retail packaging or box with instructions unless otherwise noted. All X10 items come with a 60 day warranty. Be wary of sellers that do not offer a warranty on their products as you don't want to end up buying something that ends up being defective leaving you SOL. Sometimes brand new items are bad right out of the box or go bad in a few days. It inevitability does happen. With us, you won't be stuck with a defective item as we do stand behind the X10 products that we sell.
Contact us first before returning any unwanted or defective product or if you have any questions or problems with an X10 product!
We have a satisfaction guarantee within the first 30 days upon delivery of your order. This is to prevent you from being stuck with something you decide that you don't really need, want, or just aren't plain happy with in how it performs. Unwanted (used, unused, or defective) items can be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Returned items must include all the original packaging, batteries (if any), wiring, manuals, and hardware that the item originally came with. We will refund your purchase price of the item minus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be paid/refunded thru PayPal regardless of the method that you originally paid for your order.
We also have a free exchange policy for defective items in the first 30 days that you receive your order. You need to return the defective item to us first before we can send you a replacement. You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us. You may want to insure it as we can't be held responsible for a lost or damaged return. You do not pay any shipping for us to send you the replacement item. After 30 days, you do pay the shipping for us to send you the replacement item. Within the 30 day trial period, the defective product must be returned with it's original packaging, batteries (if any), wiring, manuals, and hardware that the item originally came with.
Since we do not design, manufacture, or test each and every X10 item that we sell, we cannot and will not cover return shipping for any defective items. All of the items we sell are brand new ordered directly from X10. Sometimes defective items do happen even with brand new items which is beyond our control. We will ship for free a replacement for a defective item, but you have to return it to us at your expense first.
Warranties on replacement items will continue for the remainder of the original warranty of the original item. For example: If you bought an item with a 1 year warranty and it is replaced after 3 months, then the new item will be warranted for the remaining 9 months.
The 30 days that you have to decide if you are keeping or returning all or part of you order begins from the day you actually receive your order which is indicated by the Delivery Confirmation Number of your package. If for whatever reason that the Delivery Confirmation Number does not show it having been delivered, even though it was, then the 30 day trail period will begin from the day your order was shipped. The 30 day trial period allows you to actually try out the product to see if you are really happy with it.
Shipping charges are non-refundable either way under any circumstances.
All sales are considered final after 30 days from the time you receive your order. Of course your warranty would still be in effect though.
We do collect sales tax for Ohio Residents.
We use USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail to ship to all of the Continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, AFO's, and Guam. Basically, we will ship to any place that Domestic First Class and Priority Mail can be delivered to. Shipping includes FREE Electronic Delivery Confirmation. Orders of $250.00 or higher will ship Signature Confirmation. We ship Monday thru Saturday unless one of those days falls on a government holiday, then items will be shipped the next business day.
Once your order is readied for shipment, you will receive an automatically generated email with the Delivery Confirmation tracking number. If you pay using your PayPal account, it will be sent to your email address you have on file with PayPal. If you pay via a credit or debit card (not using your PayPal account), it will be sent to the email address you included when you filled out your order. The Delivery Confirmation email will be from TheX10Shop (email@example.com), so you may want to add this address to your safe list or else it may end up in your junk mail folder.
Your privacy is important to us here at TheX10Shop just as ours is to us. We do not compile a list of emails for sending unsolicited bulk commercial emails (SPAM). We do not appreciate receiving unwanted and unrequested emails, so we have chosen not to impose that on anyone else. You will only receive emails from us in response to a question that you may have or items that you are buying or may be interested in buying. We do not give or sell any of your information to anyone or any business.
We do not have a newsletter that will SPAM you to death. Once our transaction is completed, you will not receive any emails from us unless you email to ask us a question.
